The best things are often the most simple.
It's the small things in life that now give me so much pleasure. Spending time in the sunshine, enjoying the warmth (not something we've had a lot of in Sydney so far this year); baking the occasional cake or muffins for Mr K and the simple pleasure of a warm croissant eaten with homemade jam.
I think I enjoyed it.

PS: Croissant is from Apple Annie's in Castlemaine. Their pastries are insanely good. They do this orange brioche filled with Cointreau cream.....

The croissant looks yummy too, I've only ever had the ones filled with chocolate..
Oooh yum! Apple Annie's sounds a wonderful place - is this Castlemaine in Victoria? My niece spends quite a bit of time there at the moment and I will ask her to visit there and purchase!! And from your previous post - LOVE the navy striped dress. x
