Wicked!

Tonight I am off to see a show I have been wanting to see for ages - the Sydney production of Wicked! Mr Kitty not being a fan of the musical (movie, stage or otherwise) I am going with some of my girlfriends.

And before the show, we'll stop in at Seabay for some dumplings to tide us over.

What a fun night I have in store!

I loved wicked - saw it in London. And i know what you mean, I always see musicals with girlfriends too. Mark will go to the theatre to see a play but never a musical or opera.

Oh I haven't been to Seabay forever, you've just reminded me of its existence! YUM.

We went and saw Wicked in Melbourne last year and loved it. Dan's cousin is in the show which made it all the better an experience, although we spent half the time going "there she is!", and "is that her?" by which time we'd missed some vital part of the show...!

I really liked it Amy - it was really fun. The costumes and set are absolutely amazing and the actress in the role of Glinda-with-a-GA was a riot. She was sensational. And I'm glad it ended the way it did! No spoilers here ;)

The flavour noodles give me the shakes Clare!! I swear there is like 5 times the recommended daily level of MSG in every mouthful. We normally go the spicy chicken salad, the spring pancakes, the fried rice with beef and the fried and steamed pork dumplings. And then waddle out, having consumed more food than you imagined possible for the princely sum of $12 a head. Insane value...
