A Decision.

Ladies (and gents, if there are any reading)...

It's a momentous day in the Kitty household. We have come to a decision on the baby bag.

Behold the Skip Hop Duo Deluxe in Lime!! When I listed all the things I wanted from a baby bag it ended up being the one that ticked all the boxes. Plenty of room, loads of pockets, versatile in that it clips to the Boo or can be carried as a shoulder bag and it almost matches the light green cover for my Boo. Almost. Plus it's not too girlie (important as Mr K doesn't want to feel like a wuss when he carries it around) and it's bright enough we are unlikely to lose it in the house like I do my handbags. It also came in under my (albeit arbitrary) $100 threshold which makes Mr K happy too.

It's been ordered, along with the mattress and linen for the oddly sized cot we seem to have purchased, from Bambini Pronto. It's due to arrive tomorrow so I'll report back with my thoughts!

Very nice! I think the $100 threshold is good too - remember it will get a bit messy at times!

Congrats. I only use my baby bag if I go away. These days I find it easier to put a few things in my handbag, but at 1st, I did use the proper baby bag. 'Tis all very 'citing. x

FF - that's one of the reasons I wanted to embrace thrift with this purchase. I was happy with the price we paid for it. Had I not bought a few other things from that retailer I might have been tempted to buy it overseas at a discount but free shipping won out!

MsC - from all reports it's a very durable hard wearing bag. And the messiness is another reason I didn't want an expensive one!

Aneets - glad you approve!

Hi Kitty,
I need one of those bags, I could pull all my pain clicker drippy things in it. That's if they let me go home wired up for pain relief. Hmm, I think they won't.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the romper with a baby chihuahua. That is beyond cool. I might have to order some pus for myself with the Dodgy Brothers' faces on them. Do you think they do Grown Up Sizes?

God, I should not blog when on fentanyl Look at those typos.
Not buying pus, PJs actually.
PUT all my pain clickers in the bag, but sadly they've been taken from me already.
